Tell Me About Autumn, I’d Really Like To Know

It’s Saturday the 2nd of October at 7:10 am when I am writing this. Can you believe it? The year is almost over. I know for those of you living in temperate countries that autumn is here. Where I live we only have two seasons: dry and wet. The first 6 months are mostly dry with lots of sunshine and some rain in-between. The latter half of the year is rainier with some sunny days. But honestly, for these past few years, the weather pattern has been all over so…

I can’t wait to visit the States or Canada and experience the autumn season for myself. I don’t think I could handle winter with the cold. But I think autumn is a great start.

What excites you the most about the autumn season?

From an observers perspective, I love the cosiness that autumn brings about. I can just imagine dressing up in the comfiest of outfits and settling down in my reading nook with a Harry Potter book for entertainment. That just feels like a magical experience.

I love they leaves as the change in preparation for winter. I absolutely love the colours of autumn. Everything looks quite lovely, like out of a fairy tale.

Is that how you feel about autumn?

I seriously wasn’t thinking about talking about autumn today. I had another post in mind. But I guess autumn is on my mind so I will just share this today and get your thoughts.

Tell me, what do you love the most about fall/autumn? What are some of your favourite activities during the fall month?

I would really like to know, so please share.

Thank you for reading.

PS: Now I’m off to write the actual post I had in mind or maybe eat breakfast first because my stomach is talking to me.

PPS: I got up early this morning energised for my day. I had a great journaling, yoga and meditation session, followed by a coldish shower. Then I got the urge to clean and rearrange my living space a bit. Going to buy a fridge later today so making room for that. Okay, I’m off to make pancakes. I am hungry.

    1. Variety is the spice of life as they say. I would definitely like to experience four seasons sometime. Autumn sounds like a nice mix of summer and winter. Cooler weather without the blazing hot sun.

  1. I love seeing the vibrant colors of leaves, cuddling with a soft blanket and my kitties, riding in my car with the sunroof open and the wind blowing through my hair, and wearing cozy sweatshirts in the fall season. I enjoy living in an area where I get to experience all four seasons.
