Wellness Wednesday- Stop, Just Stop Doing That To Yourself

It’s not okay. Why do you have to say those things? Why do you think that way? Why are you behaving that way?

Listening, yes, you. Listen. It’s not okay to be so hard on yourself. Failure is part of the process to success. Stop being so harsh and hurting your feelings. Would you say what you are thinking right now to a friend that messed up?

I think not.

So stop. Just stop being so hard on yourself.

It’s okay.

You have my permission to “fail”, make mistakes, mess up, doubt and take a break.

Just know that you can do it even if it takes a million tries.

If you don’t want to try that much, that’s okay too. Maybe it wasn’t meant to be.

Just stop doing that to yourself. End the negative self-talk.
