Hi everyone. Today I thought I take you along with me as I practice yoga. As you may know, I enjoy working out and moving my body. Walks and yoga are my two favourite forms of physical self-care. Yoga has a way of taking you out of your head and into your body. It allows your mind and body to sync. Doing yoga always seems to help me to de-stress after a challenging day.
