Anxiety is a pain in the butt. It can leave you feeling like your dying, drain your motivation and sap your energy.

I have been stressed out a lot lately. Ive been worrying about my job, making relatable content on my blog, diving back into my art, putting my creations out there and trying to establish a lucrative side hustle. Being too much in your head is not a good thing and it can really stall your progress.

It’s important to remind ourselves that it’s okay to take lil steps and to take breaks if necessary. It’s also okay to open up and share your experiences and struggles with others. You never know how your journey can help others.

I have been thinking too much and not acting enough lately, hence this very late post and my lack of content lately. To be honest I enjoy blogging but I feel like I’m a terrible writer. Am I connecting with you enough? How do I make my posts more engaging? What to do about my blog?

Anyway, I’m writing this while commuting to work on Monday morning. I want to get it all out before my work day starts. I guess this is lack a journalling session but with an audience.

Created this just now and then I decided to create this post. I guess I was inspired by my art.
