Unsplash is a great resource that provides you with free photos and images that you can use. Download and print images for a scrapbook, upload your downloaded images to Canva and use in your design. Use as background images or wallpaper on your devices. Have fun and just enjoy amazing photography.

Insight timer is an app designed to help you improve your sleep, deal with anxiety and stress. You will find meditations, talks, music and stories to help achieve mental clarity and promote inner awareness. A great way to start or end your day.

AnyBooks is a mobile library app that offers a wide selection of books, both fiction and non-fiction. I used this app a lot when it was free. However, there is now a one time payment fee of US$4.99 and I honestly have not subscribed so I can not say how it works now. But it was a great resource for me before, so I included it today.

Track your progress, memories and goals with

Journal It makes setting goals, tracking your habits and documenting your thoughts and memories easy. I have been using this app since the beginning of the year and it has been a very useful tool for me.

Schedule your priorities with

Google calender or a calender of your choice. This is a great way to schedule the tasks, events or appointments that make up your daily life. Use time batching and colour coding differentiate and organise your time. See video below for further tips.

Improve your writing with

Grammarly and ProWritingAid make editing and proofreading easier. These are awesome tools for any writer to have. They are your second and third pair of eyes in the last stages of the writing process.
