Building Your Relationship Skills

Considering the lockdown requirements resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have all experienced major changes and adjustments in our daily lives and relationships. From the news reports, the close confinement with our significant others for an extended time period has placed a major strain on couples. In this time of crisis and uncertainty, some wisdom and advice on how to survive close-quartered interactions with our love ones are important.

I am not an expert in this area; I am also feeling the strain, so I will put you on to persons that can give you the tips and skills needed to have a fulfilling relationship. These persons have been great mentors in helping build self-awareness and conflict resolution skills in my times of need.

Below is a list of links from podcast, videos and talks that I have listened to over this year to help me become a better partner to myself and my significant other. Hope you enjoy and gain some insight and inspiration.
